Andrew K. Ndichu is an Advocate of The High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma from The Kenya School of Law. In addition, he is a Certified Secretary Part I (CS-I) and currently in advanced stages of completion of his CS-II Andrew has in the past worked for Waiganjo Investments Limited, Vehicle & Equipment Leasing Limited (VAELL) and Craft silicon Limited as In-house Counsel and also in the Nairobi City County Government where he was attached in the Conveyancing and City Court Divisions of the Legal Department. He has also had the exposure in law firms having worked at Gad, Keter & Okelloh Associates Advocates, Kembi -Gitura & Co. Advocates and Harit Sheth Advocates. In addition, he has also lectured Corporate & Commercial Law in middle Level Colleges and is presently working for Enke Management Limited Group of Companies as the Group Assistant Company Secretary & Legal Officer.
